Specifications: Generally conforms to, IEC 60227-1 to 5, IEC 60332-1 & 3, IEEE 383, IEC 60754-1 & 2, IS-8130:2013, IS-694:2010, IS-5831:1984.
Conductor: Thin strands of Electrolytic Copper are multi-drawn simultaneously for uniformity of Resistance, Dimension, and Flexibility. Flame retardant cables are made of Electrolytic Grade, bright annealed bare copper with more than 100% conductivity conforming to IS: 8130:2013.
Insulation: The conductor is insulated with FR Grade PVC Compound having high insulation resistance, oxygen index, temperature index and dialectic Strength, which prevents leakage of electric current. The flame retardant properties minimize the spread of fire which ensure complete safety during overload & short circuits. Thus, the electronic printed circuit boards, hard disks and other sensitive electronic equipments are unaffected.

These wires are insulated with in-house manufactured specially formulated PVC compound. The tough robust outer PVC jacket protects it from oils, greases, various chemicals and abrasions giving the wire a long life and ensuring electrical safety.
