Position Open:	Safety Officer- Factory
Division:	Manufacturing
Location:	Factory Unit at Jangalpur
Minimum Qualification:	Must hold a post graduate degree Degree or Diploma or Certificate on Industrial Safety from any recognized university/board Must have qualified viva-voce test conducted by a board constituted by the Labour Department, Govt of West Bengal Degree from any recognized university on Chemistry/ physics
Minimum Experience:	4-5 years in professional safety Must have previous work experience in hard core manufacturing industry, preferably steel, cement, construction
Roles and Responsibilities:	Developing and implementing safety policies and procedure at the factory Conducting risk assessment and inspecting safety equipment Training employees on safety process Inspecting accidents and incidents at the factory Maintaining safety records and documents Monitoring compliance with safety Promoting safety culture, collaborating with management and other departments.
