As an pioneer, he has emphasized on the importance of human resource in a business and has been conducive in instilling the core principles of reliability, sincerity and commitment in every employee.
Shri Purushottam Dass Goel, Chairman, Non-Executive Director and founder of the company with a vision to redefine possibilities in the power and energy sector. With over 50 years of industry experience, Mr. Goel has been the guiding force behind Lumino’s sustained growth. Mr. Devendra Goel serves as the Managing Director and has been a driving force behind the organization since joining in 2005. A Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, he brings a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and organizational leadership. Over the past two decades, Mr. Goel has played a pivotal role in shaping Lumino’s marketing, financial, and administrative functions. His focused approach to enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening internal systems, and guiding business development initiatives has significantly contributed to the company’s sustained growth and expanding national footprint.
His leadership continues to propel Company toward greater scale, agility, and long-term value creation—ensuring the company remains aligned with emerging opportunities in the global power and energy landscape.
Mr. Jay Goel serves as the Whole-time Director and has been an integral part of the organization since 2018. A graduate in Management from Bentley University, Massachusetts, he brings a global perspective to company’s leadership. Mr. Goel oversees the company’s operations and business development functions, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, expand market reach, and strengthen organizational capabilities. His focus on modernizing processes, adopting advanced technologies, and building agile operational frameworks has contributed significantly to company’s evolution in a rapidly changing industry landscape.
With hands-on experience in business development and operational transformation, he plays a key role in shaping Company’s growth trajectory. His forward-looking approach, strategic clarity, and commitment to innovation continue to support the company’s vision of delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions in the power and energy sector.
Mr. Hemant Bhuwania serves as the Chief Financial Officer and has been leading the organisation’s financial strategy and governance since April 2025. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, he brings deep expertise across Finance & Accounts, Treasury management, financial planning, Internal Controls and forecasting, and strategic decision-making etc.. With a strong track record of strengthening financial frameworks and driving sustainable growth, Mr. Bhuwania has held leadership positions across respected organizations.
Before joining Lumino, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited and previously contributed to PricewaterhouseCoopers in diverse finance and audit roles. His analytical approach, strategic insight, and commitment to robust financial governance continue to enhance Lumino’s operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Luharuka serves as the Joint Chief Financial Officer and has been associated with the organization since 2013. A Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and a qualified Chartered Accountant, he brings strong expertise in financial management, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, Mr. Luharuka has played a key role in strengthening company’s financial control and governance frameworks. He oversees many critical functions including Treasury Management, financial planning, Direct and Indirect Tax, risk management operations etc., to ensure robust financial discipline across the organization. Before joining Lumino, he was associated with Wim Plast Limited as an Accounts Officer, where he gained valuable experience in corporate finance and accounting.
His analytical rigour, meticulous approach, and commitment to financial integrity continue to contribute meaningfully to company’s operational resilience and long-term value creation.
Mr. Roshaan Davve serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Lumino Industries Limited and has been associated with the organization since 2022. A Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, he is also a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Davve oversees all secretarial functions and ensures the company’s compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements. His role includes strengthening corporate governance practices, managing board processes, and ensuring adherence to evolving legal frameworks.
Prior to joining Lumino, he was associated with Terai Tea Company Limited and Deepak Industries Limited, where he gained valuable experience in corporate compliance and secretarial operations. His strong command on governance standards, and commitment to ethical compliance continue to support Lumino’s transparency, integrity, and regulatory excellence.
